Fried Pulled Pork Wontons |

This recipe pulls together Chinese Traditional Cuisine and my little twist on it. Ingredients:
150g wonton squares |
1 tsp brown sugar |
1 tbsp chopped garlic |
salt |
pepper |
1/2 tbsp chinese cooking wine |
1 tbsp soy sauce |
vegetable oil |
*pork ribs |
Directions:
1. Cook ribs in boiling water for 30 minutes. 2. When cooked, peal meat of the bones (shred) 3. In a seperate bowl, mix together all other ingredients (except wonton squares) 4. Fill wontons with 1 tsp of mixture or more. 5. Wet edges of wonton with water 6. Fold over and fry till golden brown 7. Serve over rice. |
