450 g prawn meat |
1 egg |
2-3 tbsp water |
9 pieces of sandwich bread (crusts removed) (cut the bread into 1/2) |
3/4 cup of white sesame |
vegetable oil for frying |
Directions:
1. Throw scallions , water chestnut , prawn , eggs and water in a food processor , blend until it is fine . 2. Spread the prawn mixture on the bread . 3. Coat the bread with sesame , until it is totally covered. 4. Fry the bread in a medium heat oil , until it is golden brown . 5. Serve the bread hot with sweet and sour sauce or plum sauce |
