Fried Potatoes With Tartar Sauce

A simple side dish my family loves. I even cook this for snacks. My kids love it even without the Tartar Sauce.So easy and yet so yummy!
Ingredients:
4 medium-sized potatoes.(don't peel them)
1/2 cup flour
salt
pepper
sugar
cooking oil for frying
tartar sauce
Directions:
1. Wash the potatoes properly.Do not peel them.
2. Slice the potatoes thinly.But not too thin,otherwise you`ll be cooking potato chips.
3. Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl.
4. Season with salt,pepper and sugar to taste.
5. Pour in the flour.Hand-mix them until every slices are coated with flour.
6. In a non stick pan. Fry them until golden brown.
7. Place the fried potatoes in paper towel.
8. Serve with tartar sauce.
