these fried potatoes are a side dish to many different types of meat. generally when I can't think up anything for my side dish, fried potatoes becomes it and it goes great with any vegetable. Ingredients:
6 medium to large potatoes |
1 small onion diced |
2 tblspn of minced garlic |
salt to taste |
pepper to taste |
garlic salt to taste |
vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. slice pototes in slender rounds and wash 2. heat small amount of oil 3. add potatoes and cook on low heat til they become half done. 4. add onion, garlic, and seasonings and cook til golden brown. 5. to absorb any oil remaining, place in container with a paper towel folded in four on bottom of container 6. serve and enjoy! |
