Ingredients:
3 lbs pork loin |
1/4 teaspoon parsley |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
12 cloves minced garlic |
1 sliced green pepper |
1 sliced onion |
salt and black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut pork into 2 inch chunks and remove excess fat and skin from pork. 2. Combine spices,garlic,onion,green pepper,and olive oil. 3. Pour over pork chunks and set aside for 2 hours or over night. 4. Deep fry pork until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. |
