Ingredients:
6 (3/8-inch-thick) pork loin chops (about 1 pound) |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Trim exterior fat from chops, and place chops in a paper or plastic bag with flour, salt, and pepper; shake to mix. 2. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over high heat. Cook chops 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides. Drain on paper towels, and serve immediately. |
