This is soooooooo easy and good! Ingredients:
3 large plantains |
1/4 cup butter or margarine |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Cut each plantain in half crosswise; cut each half lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick slices. 2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. 3. Add plantains; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. 4. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden. 5. Drain on paper towels. |
