This is my favorite app from a local restaurant Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing |
1 16 oz jar of sliced dill pickles |
oil for deep frying |
1/4 cup mayo |
2 tbs of dijon mustard |
2 eggs beaten |
3 cups seasoned bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Mix sour cream, blue cheese, mayo and mustard together in a serving bowl. 2. dip pickles in egg bath and then dredge them in bread crumbs 3. deep fry in oil ar 350 until golden. 4. serve with sauce for dipping. 5. Another sauce that is good is Ketchup mixed with horseradish |
