Yummy. Great way to eat peanuts. Ingredients:
peanut oil for deep frying |
2 cups shelled raw peanuts with skins |
1 teaspoon fine salt |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat at least 1 inch oil in a deep saucepan over moderate heat until it reaches 300. 2. Add peanuts and cook stirring occasionally until deep golden brown about 5 minutes. 3. Remove nuts with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. 4. Sprinkle with seasonings while nuts are still hot. |
