Ingredients:
1 (12-ounce) container select oysters, drained |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1 cup cracker crumbs |
vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle oysters with salt and pepper; dredge in flour. Dip oysters in egg; dredge in cracker crumbs. Repeat dipping and dredging procedure to coat well. 2. Fry oysters in deep hot oil (375°) until golden brown; drain on paper towels. Serve hot. |
