this is an easy recipe. u can adjust the pepper to suit your tastes. i have used stale and fresh beer with equal results. Ingredients:
2 onions (1/4 to 1/2 ) |
1 cup beer |
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon black pepper or 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning |
Directions:
1. slice onions 1/4-1/2 inch. 2. mix flour and beer. 3. heat oil in skillet. 4. fry till golden turning once. |
