Southern specialty... Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen okra, sliced |
1 cup flour |
2 tablespoons season salt |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Add salt, pepper, and season salt to flour and coat okra. 2. Heat oil in large skillet over med-low heat. 3. Add okra, cover and cook until okra is brown. 4. Drain on paper towels before serving. |
