Best okra I've ever had. Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk |
1 egg |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Wash and trim okra and slice 1/2inch thick. 2. Heat oil in deep fryer or skillet to 350. 3. Mix buttermilk and egg together. 4. Mix flour and salt together. 5. Dip the okra into buttermilk and egg mixture, then the flour mixture. 6. Deep fry until golden brown, about three minutes. Let drain on paper towels. |
