Ingredients:
4 slices bacon |
1 pound new potatoes, cleaned, boiled, and peeled |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
dash of pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble and set aside, reserving drippings in skillet. 2. Cook potatoes in drippings 10 minutes or until browned; turn frequently. Drain. Place potatoes in serving dish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and crumbled bacon. |
