fried mushrooms for an add on to your meal, i like anytime but great with eggs in the morning Ingredients:
Directions:
1. many mushroom recipes are battered or almost raw, deep fried, or raw added to other dishes, this one is as simple as it gets. 2. slice the LARGE whole mushrooms [any type] across the stem taking the skirt and stem off 3. then slice again leaving 2/3 of the top and the bottom 1/3 4. fry in a hot pan of 1/8 inch grease salting lightly 5. turn untill well browned on both sides 6. serve fast with breakfast or great for a snack |
