Easy cheese sandwich goes great with a bowl of soup Ingredients:
1 slice mozz about 1/2 inch thick |
flour for dredging |
1 egg beaten |
italian style bread crumbs |
enough oil to shallow fry |
marinara sauce |
good hard roll |
Directions:
1. Dredge cheese in flour knock off excess 2. Dip in egg 3. Coat with bread crumbs 4. fry till golden brown 5. Place on roll 6. top with marinara 7. Enjoy |
