My Grandmother raised her kids and Grandkids on these wonderful Fried bologna Sandwiches
Ingredients:
4 slices of jumbo (bologna) 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick
1 t butter softened
3 t yellow mustard
1t or more horseradish (depends on how spicy you like it)
8 slices good rye bread
butter to melt in pan
1 tomato sliced
Directions:
1. Mix butter,mustard,and horseradish together in a bowl so flavors will meld.
2. melt butter in apan over medium flame
3. fry Jumbo till golden on both sides and heated through
4. while jumbo fries spread the mustard mix on the rye bread
5. top with jumbo and tomato slice in half
6. Enjoy
