Potato bread farls are pan fried to make one of the essential components of an Ulster fry. They taste great on their own with a little salt, or with a fried egg on top. Ingredients:
4 prepared potato bread farls |
1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Gently fry potato farls for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Season with salt and serve immediately. |
