I loved this dessert in restaurants and now I can make it myself and so can you. For big and little kids alike..pick you flavor, your topping and your sauce. Ingredients:
for the batter |
flour 1 cup |
for rolling |
crushed corn flakes or desiccated coconut |
vanilla ice-cream 6 scoops |
oil for frying 2 c. |
Directions:
1. How to make fried ice-cream: 2. Make a thin batter with flour and 1 1/2 cups of water. 3. Also chill the ice-cream scoops in the refregerator. 4. Just before serving take the ice creams scoops out of the freezer and dip the ice-cream scoops in the batter and cover them with cornflakes. 5. Deep-fry them in oil for a few seconds. 6. Then immediately serve with any sauce of your choice. |
