Eat it up before it melts! As soon as its outta the pan! quick! Ingredients:
1 qt. vanilla ice cream |
1 cup corn flake crumbs |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
chocolate syrup |
whipped cream |
cherries |
oil |
Directions:
1. Prepare 5 hours in advance ... 2. Combine crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon in a shallow pan. 3. Let ice cream soften slightly for 5 minutes. 4. Make 6 balls of ice cream, roll in crumb mixture until well coasted, pressing coating into ice cream. 5. Wrap in almiumim foil and freeze for 5 hours. 6. Heat oil to 450 degrees. 7. Unwrap each ball and fry in hot oil VERY BRIEFLY, about 2 seconds. Place in dessert dish, decorate with toppings, whipped cream and a cherry. 8. Serve immediately. 9. Enjoy! |
