My hubby and I love hot wings, so I make this from stratch. If you try this recipe, you'll have to adjust it a little to your taste as I do it by my taste. Ingredients:
24 piece wings |
chili powder |
chili pepper flake |
salt |
pepper |
garlic powder |
onion powder |
flour |
bottle of frank's red hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat up deep dryer or oil in pan. 2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. 3. Wash wings, drain water off, not dry the wings. 4. Dip wings in flour mixture, coat wings well. 5. Slowly add the wings into the HOT oil. 6. Fry wings til well done, approx 5-10, depends on the size of the wings you buy. 7. Drain wings on rack or towel. 8. In a large bowl, dump the cook wings in the bowl, pour sauce over the wings, toss it til well coated. 9. Ta-da! Now enjoy your wings. 10. For parties, I use about 2 bags of wings, enough dry ingredients to coat the wings, and about 2-3 bottles to cover all the wings. |
