Fried Home-Style Potatoes (Paula Deen) |

Ingredients:
vegetable oil, for frying |
6 small yukon gold potatoes |
1 teaspoon the lady's seasoned salt or lawry's seasoned salt |
Directions:
1. In a large Dutch oven or deep-fryer, pour oil to a depth of 2-inches and heat over medium-high heat to 350 degrees F. 2. Wash potatoes and pat dry. Cut each potato crosswise into 1/8-inch thick slices. 3. Fry potatoes, in batches, 4 to 6 minutes, or until golden. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Serve immediately. |
