1/2 cup flour |
3 tablespoons cornmeal |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
4 tablespoons butter |
1 (16 ounce) can green beans, drained |
Directions:
1. Put first five ingredients in a large Zip Lock bag. 2. Add green beans and shake well until beans are coated. 3. Heat butter in a skillet until bubbly. 4. Add beans and cook over high heat,stirring occasionally. 5. Cook 10 minutes or until coating is brown and crispy. 6. Serve hot with extra melted butter if desired. |
