Ingredients:
8 frog's legs
salt and pepper, to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. Season frog legs with salt and pepper; beat eggs slightly and add milk.
2. Dip frog legs in flour covering completely, then into egg mixture and back in flour.
3. Fry in 375 preheated oil until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
