Ingredients:
4 ear(s) fresh corn cut kernels off cob. scrape cob to get milk . mix milk and kernels. |
1/4 stick(s) butter |
1-2 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt |
1-2 teaspoon(s) fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat Butter in a heavy frying pan. When Butter sizzles, add corn/milk. Add salt and pepper. Stir often until corn is lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Serve hot. |
