We like this version sometimes...quick and easy
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
12 ounces beer
1 ounce dry yeast
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water -
2. Mix all ingredients and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours before using.
3. Leftover butter can be covered and kept refrigerated for 3 weeks.
