This is a nice appetizer for fish lovers. I found it in a vintage community cookbook! 8) Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs fresh fish, ground fine |
2 tablespoons flour or 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes |
2 eggs |
1 pint milk |
1/2 chopped onion |
salt (optional) |
pepper (optional) |
nutmeg (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until light. 2. Form into balls. 3. Fry in butter! |
