So easy to make , it goes well as a great side dish . Just make sure that the fish is fresh . Serve it along with steamed rice and gravy or just on its own with fresh onion rings and lemon wedges . Ingredients:
4 to 8 pcs thin boneless fish slices |
1 pinch turmeric powder 2 tsp lemon juice and |
salt |
2 tsp red chilli powder , 2 tsp garlic ginger paste and |
1 tbsp onion paste |
Directions:
1. Wash the fish slices and pat dry thoroughly. 2. Apply salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice . 3. Chill for 5 mins . 4. Now marinate it with the rest of the ings and chill for 30 mins . 5. Shallow fry until golden and crisp. 6. Serve with steamed rice and vegetable chowder . 7. Vegetable Chowder |
