Use dad's freshwater bass. Couldn't find bass to use, so I substituted perch for nutritional info. Ingredients:
2 pounds perch |
1/2 cup corn meal |
1/8 cup vegetable oil |
1/8 cup buttermilk |
Directions:
1. Soak fish in buttermilk for a few minutes or in refrigerater overnight. 2. Dip fish in seasoned corn meal and fry in hot oil till golden on both sides and fish is done. |
