2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 pinch flour |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 eggs |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. .In small bowl, thoroughly mix sour cream and flour. 2. Heat butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. 3. As soon as the foam disappears from the melted butter, break eggs one by one into the hot butter. 4. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. When eggs begin to solidify, gently spoon sour cream over them, cover, and let cook another half minute to a minute, depending on personal preference. 6. With spatula, transfer eggs to a warm serving plate. |
