Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
8 eggs |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a heavy skillet until hot enough to sizzle a drop of water. Break each egg into a saucer; carefully slip each egg, one at a time, into skillet. Reduce heat, and cook until whites are firm and yolks are soft, or cook to desired degree of doneness. Season eggs with salt and pepper to taste before serving. |
