I know this is pretty simple, but I made this for dinner actually and it was delicious!! I pressed the bread down a bit hard and the yolk went everywhere, so I pulled out the knife and fork. Feel free to do so as well! Read more !! Ingredients:
4 slices of thick cut bacon |
2 slices of cheese (we just used plain ol' american, but use whatever) |
4 slices rye bread |
2 tbs butter (or more if needed)j |
2 eggs |
s&p |
Directions:
1. Start your bacon cooking and flipping until brown and crispy. Set the pan aside and don't pour out the grease. Heat up a second pan, about medium, and add the 1 Tbs of butter. 2. As that's heating up add a piece of cheese 2 slices of bread, then the cooked bacon and cover with the other 2 slices. Cook in butter then when flipping add the other 1 Tbs butter. 3. Add the bacon pan back to the burner and cook the eggs sunny side up, use a spoon to scoop bacon grease on top of the egg to make sure the white cooks, S&P as you like. Add inside of the sandwich. SO GOOD!!! |
