A great treat for an afternnon. One more of my adopted recipes here on zaar. Ingredients:
400 g flour |
140 g water |
60 g almonds |
14 g sugar |
2 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Mix together flour and water until right consistency. 2. Fill with almonds. 3. Fry in a wok for 3 min until golden. 4. Drain. |
