Fried Cream Corn

This is good with quite a bit of black pepper.
Ingredients:
1 pkg bacon
1 large bag of frozen corn
1/2 stick butter
1 cup heavy cream
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Cut raw bacon into pieces & fry until crisp,draining on paper towels when done. Reserve a little bit of the bacon grease in the same pan. Add butter and when melted stir in corn. Cook corn on high for 5 minutes. Turn down heat & simmer another 10-15 min. until corn is done. Remove from heat & stir in heavy cream. Toss the bacon back into the corn. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
