Fried Chicken With Peanuts

Ingredients:
1 large chicken breast, boned, skinned and diced
1 egg white
1 tablespoon sherry wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
5 tablespoons oil
1 cup roasted peanuts
Directions:
1. Marinate diced chicken in mixture of water, cornstarch, salt, sherry, egg white.
2. Heat oil in frying pan or wok until hot.
3. Stir-fry chicken mixture for 3 minutes or until chicken turns white.
4. Add peanuts.
5. Serve hot.
