Fried Chicken Strips

My daughter will eat these perfectly seasoned strips over almost anything else
Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup buttermilk
3 cups flour
3 tablespoons tomato soup mix
1 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoons garlic powder
salt
pepper
chili powder
1/4 cup louisiana hot sauce
3 cups corn flakes
1 cup french-fried onions
1 (8 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
peanut oil
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into strips.
2. Mix egg substitute with Buttermilk and hot sauce.
3. Mix flour with seasonings.
4. Crush cornflakes and onions finely and mix.
5. Dip strips into wet wash, then dip in flour mix then dip in wet mix agian and then unto Crumbs.
6. Heat oil to 375 degrees.
7. Fry strips about 6 minutes on each side'.
8. Drain on paper towels or brown paper bags.
