Ingredients:
1 lb chicken liver (approximately) |
1 cup milk |
1 egg, beaten |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup flour |
Directions:
1. Mix milk and egg; set aside. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. 2. Soak liver in milk and egg. 3. Drain liver. 4. Shake in flour mixture and fry. |
