Fried Chicken Ingredients:
3 chicken leg quarters |
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 cup flour (plain) |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. heat up skillet on med heat. 2. pour flour in a bowl(add salt & pepper). 3. in another bowl,mix milk & egg. 4. dip chicken in milk mix. 5. then roll in flour mix until coated. 6. place in skillet,cook until no longer pink inside. 7. i cook my chicken for an hr,turning every 15 minutes. |
