Just cheese and egg Ingredients:
4 eggs, separated |
100 g shredded cheese |
oil, for frying |
Directions:
1. Mix yolkers with cheese. 2. Beat egg white to stiff. 3. Fold in cheese mixture. 4. Heat oil to 180 degree, form mixture into balls with spoon and fry in oil to brown. 5. Drain with kitchen paper. |
