Easy and Good Ingredients:
2 lbs catfish fillets |
1 teaspoon hot sauce |
salt (to taste) |
pepper (to taste) |
3 eggs (beaten) |
1 1/2 cups cornmeal |
cooking oil |
Directions:
1. Rub fish with hot sauce, salt and pepper. 2. Set aside for 1 hour or more. 3. Cut fish into bite-size pieces and dip into eggs. 4. Roll in cornmeal. 5. Fry quickly in deep fat for 2 or 3 minutes, or until golden brown. 6. Drain. |
