Fried Camembert With Mango Liqueur Sauce

a great tasting appetizer........ i love the mango sauce for dipping its delicious ........enjoy............ courtesy starters and soups......
Ingredients:
15- ounces whole camembert cheese
all-purpose flour
2- eggs slightly beaten
3- tablespoons milk
1/3- cup sesame seeds
1- cup packaged unseasoned bread crumbs
oil for deep frying
mango liqueur sauce.
1- carrot, chopped
1- small red onion , chopped
1- clove garlic, minced
1- small chicken bouillon cube
1- cup water
1/2- cup dry white wine
2- mangoes, chopped
4- teaspoons grand marnier liqueur
Directions:
1. Cut camembert into 16 wedges, toss in flour, shake away excess flour.
2. Dip wedges in combined eggs and milk, then in combined seeds and bread crumbs.
3. Place wedges on tray, refrigerate 10 minutes….
4. Dip wedges into egg mixture again , then seed mixture , refrigerate another 10 minutes
5. Deep -fry in hot oil until golden brown drain on paper towel………

7. Mango Liqueur Sauce……
8. Combine carrot, onion, garlic, crumbled bouillon cube, water and wine in pan…
9. Simmer uncovered, about 10 minutes or until reduced by half, strain into bowl, return to clean pan
10. Blend, process mango until smooth
11. Add mango puree to pan with liqueur, reheat without boiling
12. Serve with cheese
13. Makes 16 cheese bites
