Fried Cabbage With Bacon Onion And Garlic |

Fried with bacon, onion and garlic. This will be a family favorite, and left overs are good for egg rolls Ingredients:
6 slices of bacon chopped and fried |
1 head of cabbage, cored and sliced |
2 cloves of garlic minced |
1 large onion diced |
1 1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp onion powder |
1/4 tsp garlic powder |
1/8 tsp paprika |
Directions:
1. In a large stock pan, fry bacon till crispy. Add onion and garlic in with bacon and grease and stir till caramelized, add cabbage immediately. Stir continuously for about 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Cover, lower heat and continue cooking for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. |
