Fried Cabbage and Carrots |

My best friend was eating this one day, it smelled so good but i hated cabbage( or so I thought) 1 bite and I was hooked Ingredients:
1 head shredded cabbage |
5 sliced carrots |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
Directions:
1. heat your skillet over medium heat coat with the olive oil. 2. when hot put in the cabbage and carrots. 3. cook covered about 7-10 minutes then add soy sauce and finish cooking covered for 8 minutes. |
