Fried Cabbage

Delicious. Add the salt and pepper to suit your taste.
Ingredients:
4 slices bacon
1 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
1/2-1 teaspoon salt
1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Cook bacon until crisp.
2. Remove bacon from pan.
3. Reserve 1 tablespoon of drippings.
4. Drain bacon on paper towels, while cooking the cabbage.
5. Add cabbage to bacon drippings.
6. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
7. Saute over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
8. Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon.
