From Cuba! Ingredients:
6 bananas |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
3 teaspoons sugar |
1 dash cinnamon |
1 dash ginger |
butter or oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Peel bananas. 2. Fry until light golden brown. 3. Add lemon juice, then sugar, cinnamon and ginger. 4. Let simmer a few minutes and serve immediately. |
