This is a fast snack that kids and adults will love. Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
6 bananas, sliced lengthwise |
2 teaspoons shortening (or more) |
Directions:
1. Mix flour and cinnamon together; thoroughly coat each piece of banana with mixture. 2. If bananas are very long, you may prefer to quarter them. 3. Heat shortening in medium skillet. 4. Brown floured bananas; slowly turn them once. 5. Remove to a heated platter; sprinkle with sugar. |
