Fried Apples

Easy and tasty apples that go w/ any breakfast or dinner.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons bacon fat
4 medium apples
1 medium orange
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons nutmeg
Directions:
1. Cut apples into bite sized pieces.
2. Place pan over medium heat.
3. Heat bacon fat in pan until pan is coated.
4. Add apples.
5. Fry apples for about 5 minutes.
6. Squeeze juice from orange directly into pan.
7. Add all other ingredients.
8. Cook until apples are tender.
