Fresh fruits on breakfast table is a great way to start a day and dats exactly wat I did dis morning . The result was great ... loved it !! Very simple and ez to make too .. Ingredients:
1/2 c all purpose flour |
1 l egg |
2 tbsp sugar |
1 tsp vanilla essence |
2 tbsp thick yogurt |
pinch of baking soda and baking powder |
1/2 c milk |
bunch of seedless grapes or blueberries |
golden syrup |
Directions:
1. Put the first 7 ing in a blender and blend well . 2. Pour a spoonful in a hot frying pan and cook on slow fire . 3. Drop some grapes on top 4. Flip carefully and cook on the otherside too 5. Serve hot with golden syrup drizzled on top |
