                    This sauce is a traditional Turkish sauce which fits well with grilled meat, fish baked potatoes, bread or salad. With smoked salmon it's delicous! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                250 ml plain yogurt  |  
                                                2 tablespoons olive oil  |  
                                                2 tablespoons lemon juice  |  
                                                1 garlic clove  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                8 mint leaves, chopped  |  
                                                1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped  |
