I like to make up five of these packs and refrigerate them and bring one each day as a side for my lunch. Very handy and healthy.
Ingredients:
15 baby carrots
2 celery stalks
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
Directions:
1. Chop up (or slice all veggies) and place in ziploc bag, great for lunches
